Dispatching your order
Dispatch dates are shown on the product page and indicate when the product is expected to be shipped. Products are usually dispatched the same working day but some products will show a future dispatch date. When this is the case, the date will be calculated and shown clearly both on the product page and in your cart before you buy. If custom stitching is selected an additional 5 working days need to be added to the dispatch date given on your order invoice (this is the dispatch date not delivery date)
When selecting a faster shipping method for a future dispatch date order, the order will still ship on the expected dispatch date, albeit with the faster shipping method selected. Dispatch dates are estimated and clearly indicated on product pages. When choosing to customise your outfit, please allow for unexpected delays.
All our Made to order gowns will be provided with an expected despatch date please note that even though we try our best to stick to these dates that there can be unexpected delays. If you are ordering for a special event we recommend doing so at least 4 months in advance.
