How does it work?

If you select the custom stitching option on a product we will email you a measurements form within 48 – 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) with a detailed guide on how to give your measurements for the product you have purchased. This will be checked by our specialist tailoring team and your order will be stitched to your measurements.

Note: that any design changes and certain sizing are all subject to the products design limitation and for such cases you will be emailed from our design team stitching@omsara.co.uk once your order is ready in the stitching stage.

Sitching Multiple Items

If you are stitching multiple suits with different sizing, you can fill out multiple measurement forms with the required sizing. If you have any queries about stitching please contact us.

How long does it take?

Customised stitching takes an additional 5 working days. It is imperative that you return the measurements forms back to us coreectly as soon as possible as receiving these late can add additional delay to your order.
